Henry Yang, General Manager, BioPro Taiwan
The Company’s GM for Taiwan, Mr. Henry Yang has a pharmacy background who has concentrated his 14 year career in Sales and Marketing. After receiving his BS degree in Pharmacy, from the Taipei Medical College, Mr. Yang began his Sales and Marketing career as a professional sales representative with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Taiwan in 1994. His drive and early substantial success enabled Henry to build s strong CNS, Oncology and HIV team for GSK Taiwan and advanced him to the position of District Manager within 5 years. He has significant experience in Hospital channel sales and in joining BioPro Pharmaceutical Inc., in August 2007 as Director of Strategic Sales, he has used this sales channel experience for BioPro’s benefit. Since becoming a part of the BioPro Pharmaceutical team, Mr. Yang has led the Taiwan sales team to increased sales of the Company’s Gliadel®, Gliolan and Fentanyl HPQ patch product in Taiwan. With more than 14 years sales and marketing experience in positions of increasing scope and responsibility, Mr. Yang is steadily growing the capabilities of BioPro Pharmaceutical in this important market.
Jiang Yanfen, General Manager, BioPro China
Miss Jiang is in charge of sales and marketing at BioPro Pharmaceutical's China joint venture. Miss Jiang is a pharmacist, educated at Beijing Health School and Beijing Medical Staff Institute. Her extensive experience in sales and marketing has been built through successful fulfillment of responsibilities at several well known Chinese and international companies including Beijing Friendship Hospital, Suzhou Lederle Pharmaceutical Co., American Lotus Healthcare, American Quintiles Pharmaceutical Co. Healthstar Medical Development Co. and Beijing Med-Pharm. Jiang Yanfen has worked previously with Peter Huang at a predecessor company of BioPro Pharmaceutical. Together with Peter Huang, the CEO of BioPro, she is an important member of BioPro Pharmaceutical's management team in China.
Isaac Tung, General Manager, BioPro SEA
Isaac Tung, one of the Company’s first three employees, fills two important roles; he is Director of Business Development and Marketing, responsible for market research, product licensing, M&A opportunity, promotional and collateral and other marketing materials and coordination of the Company’s many educational programs around Asia. In addition, he is General Manager for Southeast Asia, including Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia for commercial operations management. After earning his undergraduate degree from the School of Pharmacy at National Taiwan University, Isaac was involved with logistics management for drugs and medical devices for the Ministry of National Defense during his two year military service. He returned to National Taiwan University as a research assistant for neurological and cardiovascular agents while earning his Master’s Degree. He joined Rhone-Poulenc Rorer where he rose through positions of increasing responsibility prior to becoming Marketing Manager at Ye-Chen Trading Company and subsequently joined Servier where he reported to the Country Manager. Isaac has a broad experience in managing various products in the fields of cardiovascular & thrombosis, cardiology, neurology, oncology, infectious disease, and respiratory & allergy. Since joining BioPro Pharmaceutical in 2004, Isaac has been earning his MBA for Executives from National Chenchi University and received his degree in January 2006. Isaac Tung is a national certified pharmacist.
